As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be joining a company that invests in its people, provides clear expectations, and delivers projects to an excellent standard. This Site Supervisor position is tailor-made for someone with fitout experience who thrives in night-shift operations and enjoys taking ownership of site outcomes.
About the Role As the Site Supervisor – Night Shift, you will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for a commercial fitout project. Working from approximately 5–6pm, you’ll manage trades, safety, sequencing and daily reporting to ensure the project progresses smoothly and aligns with program and quality expectations.
Your key responsibilities include:
  • Supervising trades and managing night-shift safety and compliance
  • Ensuring work meets drawings, specifications and quality standards
  • Managing short-term schedules, site diaries and coordination reports
  • Overseeing logistics, materials handling and site readiness
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders and supporting inspections and defect close-out
  • Keeping the site organised, safe and aligned with project milestones
Requirements for this Role
  • Experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman within commercial fitout or refurbishment
  • Carpenter background or Cert IV in Building & Construction (highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishing standards
  • Confidence managing trades, night-shift operations and stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving capability
  • QBCC Site Supervisor licence (advantageous but not essential)
  • White Card and relevant construction experience
