Nicholas Johnson is the Audio-Visual & ICT and Civil Contracting & Sub-contracting specialist and brings many years of Construction & Development recruitment experience to the team. Sarah-Jane Kelly (SJ) is our Civil Construction consultant working predominantly with Civil Sub-Contractors across Australia and the Eastern Seaboard and North QLD. She has over a decade’s recruitment experience and an outstanding work-ethic that makes filling jobs easy. SJ joined us after working heavily in Labour-Hire and Contractor recruitment and she combines this with expertise in permanent recruitment. SJ can assist with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Contract Administrators, Estimators, Operations Managers, Business Development staff, and everything else related to civil construction.
Matthew Wallas is Found People’s Steel Fabrication, Engineering and Building Supplies consultant. His background and experience in B2B business development across corporate training and telco brought him to us in his pursuit of a recruitment career. He brings a technical sales acumen and hunger to Found People where he will partner with businesses and candidates to deliver talent solutions. He has a strong interest in the construction landscape and has personal hobbies across IT / digital, Noosa :-) and even has a mechanical keyboard that he likes to remind us about!
