This Regional Sales Manager opportunity sits within the professional AV and AV over IP market, supporting AV Integrators, dealers, consultants, and channel partners across ANZ.
With increasing demand for commercial technology, unified communications, and network-based AV solutions, the business is investing heavily into channel sales growth and partner engagement throughout the region.
About the role As Regional Sales Manager - AV & UC, you will drive channel sales growth across Australia and New Zealand, managing relationships with AV Integrators, distributors, consultants, and commercial technology partners.
This is a hands-on AV sales manager role combining business development, channel sales, account management, and technical sales support within the professional AV industry.
You will work closely with AV Integrators to support commercial AV projects, AV over IP solutions, unified communications deployments, and broader commercial technology environments.
You will: - Grow AV and UC sales across Australia and New Zealand
- Support AV Integrators with solution design discussions
- Develop dealer and distributor relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings
- Travel regularly throughout Australia and quarterly to NZ
This Regional Sales Manager role can be based anywhere in Australia, with Sydney preferred.
Requirements for this role - Experience as a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, BDM, or Channel Manager
- Strong background in AV, UC, commercial technology, or AV integration
- Experience with commercial AV technologies and AV over IP
- Existing relationships within the AV Integrator market highly regarded
- Experience with brands such as Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Atlona, or Lightware advantageous
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
