About the role

Every project depends on the right equipment arriving tested, on time and on budget. You’ll run the logistics behind the operation, keeping gear, suppliers and freight moving to tight deadlines. It’s a hands-on role with genuine ownership and room to improve how things are done.
  • Coordinate equipment hire, supplier bookings and freight to project deadlines
  • Prepare, test and dispatch equipment, then manage returns and turnaround
  • Maintain accurate equipment records and plan servicing and repairs
  • Work with technical crew to plan equipment for upcoming on-site work
  • Improve logistics processes, reporting and WHS compliance
Requirements for this role
  • Logistics or equipment coordination experience in AV, production hire or a related technical industry
  • Sound technical knowledge of AV equipment, including vision, audio and signal systems
  • Experience with rental management software such as Current RMS, Rentman or Flex
  • Supplier, freight and budget management experience
  • Current driver’s licence (forklift licence an advantage)
  • Availability for occasional out-of-hours work and travel
