I am interested in early-career to junior engineering roles within mechanical, project, and site engineering, particularly in infrastructure, water, energy, and utilities projects. I am keen to work in roles that involve mechanical design support, project delivery coordination, construction-phase engineering, commissioning assistance, and stakeholder collaboration. I am especially interested in positions where I can contribute to multidisciplinary teams delivering capital works such as water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, pipelines, energy infrastructure, and industrial assets. Roles that allow exposure across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases strongly align with my skills and long-term career goals.
One of my key strengths is my ability to understand complex problems and break them down into practical, workable steps. I’m naturally analytical, but I also enjoy seeing how things work in real life whether that’s on site, during coordination with different teams, or while reviewing designs and documentation. I’m reliable and take ownership of my work. When I’m given a task, I make sure it’s completed properly and on time, and I’m comfortable asking questions when I need clarity. I work well with different types of people and communicate clearly, which helps when coordinating with engineers, contractors, or stakeholders. I also have a strong willingness to learn. I adapt quickly in new environments, stay open to feedback, and consistently look for ways to improve both technically and professionally. Most importantly, I care about doing work that is safe, accurate, and genuinely adds value to the project and the team.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, learning new things, and keeping up with developments in engineering and sustainability. I like spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and maintaining a good work life balance.
I enjoyed that my subjects combined theory with real-world application. I liked understanding how engineering principles translate into practical designs, systems, and decisions, especially in areas like fluid mechanics, mechanical design, and infrastructure-related subjects. I also enjoyed project-based work, where problem-solving, teamwork, and applying concepts to realistic scenarios were a big part of the learning.
