I am looking for roles where I can continue learning while working on projects that have a real impact. I am particularly interested in infrastructure, energy, and industrial engineering because I enjoy understanding how large systems work and how engineering decisions affect communities and businesses. What matters most to me is being part of a team where I can build strong technical skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to meaningful projects from an early stage in my career.
My key strengths are curiosity, problem-solving, and communication. I enjoy understanding how systems work, asking questions, and finding practical solutions to complex challenges. Through my internship with WSP, my current energy modelling project, and leadership experiences, I have also developed strong communication and relationship-building skills. I learn quickly, adapt well to new environments, and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
Outside of work and study, I enjoy staying active through the gym and social sport, particularly netball. I also enjoy watching sport, spending time with family and friends, and getting outdoors whenever I can.
I enjoyed a mix of analytical and creative subjects. Mathematics and Physics challenged me to think logically and solve complex problems, while Art Painting allowed me to be creative and develop attention to detail. Looking back, I think that combination of creativity and problem-solving is one of the reasons engineering appealed to me.
