About The Role:

Reporting to the director and the Senior PM/CA you will support the business as a Construction Site Supervisor. Working projects across Residential, Insurance, Commercial and Fit-Out you will be hands on with your approach to leadership and have a strong commitment to safety.

Salary is highly competitive and negotiable pending experience and skills. Position will come with a car allowance, Super + Flexibility.
This position is full time and permanent and can offer you a long term and rewarding stable career.  

About You:
  • You will have 2+ years as a Site Supervisor in Residential / Commercial / Fit-out Construction
  • QBCC Open Builders Supervisors Licence
  • Experience working in a similar role in Australia
  • Strong subcontractor and trades management skills
  • History of delivering projects on time and under budget
  • Positive and Can-Do hands on manager
  • Not afraid to lead by example
  • Full driver's licence
