About the role

This is a senior, hands-on technical role for an experienced Audio Visual Technician who can confidently lead on site and take ownership of delivery.

You will act as the on-site technical lead or site runner, coordinating crew, managing builds and ensuring systems are delivered correctly, safely and to spec. While you will have broad technical capability across audio, video and LED, you will also bring deep expertise in at least one specialist area such as LED processing or advanced video systems.

This role suits someone who values doing things properly over doing them fast, takes pride in clean builds, and is comfortable being accountable for outcomes.
 
Requirements for this role  
  • Extensive field experience across professional AV environments
  • Strong working knowledge across audio, video, LED and signal flow
  • High proficiency in a specialist area such as LED processing software (eg Novastar or Brompton)
  • Fluent in AV industry terminology and workflows
  • Proven ability to lead on site, delegate tasks and keep builds running smoothly
  • Strong attention to detail
