About the role

Responsibilities include source & selection, talent pooling, resourcing for multiple job assignments, and helping account managers to delivery shortlists of quality talent quickly.

The ideal person for this role would be able to work autonomously, be highly self-motivated, have a good background in successful source & selection and strong skills going outside the square to find talent.

Requirements for this role
  • Preferably located in Brisbane or QLD.
  • 3+ years recruitment agency resourcing experience.
  • Background resourcing within any discipline related to engineering, construction, mining & resources, manufacturing or communications technology.
  • Demonstrated resourcing success on 'hard to fill' assignments.
  • Above average computer skills (Apple Mac an advantage).
  • Advanced Recruitment CRM / ATS skills.
  • Advanced skills using LinkedIn.
