Project Manager - Fitout and Refurbishment

About the company

With over 20 years experience across QLD and NSW, this well known Fitout Company is expanding their Brisbane Head Office team.  They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager.
  
Requirements for this role  
  • Manage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $80m
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide full scope & feasibility of works
  • To support in the delivery of supply & installation projects
  • Contract administration, invoicing and project variation management
  • Problem solving and developing swift solutions to on and off-site issues
  • Monitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project
Skills and experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years overall experience in the construction industry 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills 
  • From a Trade or Shopfitting background
  • Experience in Hospitality, Education, Aged Care
