Production Manager - $110k + Super to $130k + Super

A leading independent Australian steel reinforcement company operating in NSW, QLD and VIC. We are a customer focused organisation offers quality and cost-effective steel reinforcement products and services to the building and construction industry.

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Production Manager that will lead the operations team. Main responsibilities ranges from processing of steel reinforcing to despatch, stock control and site safety. Your goal is to ensure your team is able to produce and deliver steel reinforcing products that meets the needs of a demanding customer base, safety and sustainably.

Requirements for this role  
  • Experience in a similar role (preferably in the steel reinforcing sector)
  • Advanced understanding of the construction and manufacturing processes
  • Experience Lean Manufacturing and Change Management
  • Comfortable in a high paced and demanding environment
  • Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent
