Requirements for this role  
  • Registered Professional Engineer of QLD (RPEQ) — must have.
  • Mechanical leadership / team leadership in building services
  • Experience in healthcare, universities, labs ideal
  • Confidence leading teams, mentoring juniors, and engaging stakeholders with charisma and clarity.
  • Still hands-on: comfortable jumping into Revit when needed.
  • Calm under pressure, commercially aware, and delivery-focused.
