About the company
  
A well-established Australian specialist contractor is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of rope access, working at heights, and height safety system projects across commercial and industrial building environments.

This is a role ideal for someone with construction, trade, or engineering experience who is ready to step into project coordination and supervision within the rope access and building engineering space.

About the Role
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of rope access, height safety, and building remedial project work.
  • Assist with on-site supervision.
  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities.
  • Organise labour, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain site documentation.
  • Support compliance with Australian Standards.
  • Liaise with clients, site managers, and trades.
Requirements
  • Background in construction, building, engineering, or a trade
  • Practical understanding of rope access, working at heights, or height safety systems
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management, Building & Construction, or Engineering (or similar)
  • White Card and current Driver’s Licence
  • Working at Heights and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Comfortable working on-site and physically fit for working at heights
