Accelerate your Estimating Career We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator to join a leading HVAC team based in Inner City Brisbane. 

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare mechanical tenders for major commercial projects
  • Interpret mechanical plans and specifications; perform accurate take-offs
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for pricing and scope
  • Cost planning, budgeting, and bid preparation
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in HVAC estimating, mechanical services, or building services
  • Backgrounds in mechanical engineering, construction management, or trade-based estimating all welcome
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and drive to develop your technical and commercial skills
