Seeking an experienced Estimator for fit out projects in health and education, and commercial refurbishments
 
About the role

  • Develop tender  submissions
  • Develop accurate scope of works and building reports for fit out projects
  • Ability to interpret building, site and engineering plans
  • Prepare acurate quotes, estimates, tender schedules and program of works (including take offs)
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding budget and timeframes of project delivery 
 
About you
 
  • Minimum 3 years construction estimating experience in fit out projects
  • High level of accuracy with quotes and documentation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player with the ability to consult with internal and external stakeholders
  • Computer literate and able to adapt to multiple operating systems
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Trade qualification highly regarded
