About the company

A highly respected and long-established Australian facade contractor is seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to deliver some of Sydney’s most significant major developments.

This business operates at the top end of the facade market, delivering complex, large-scale facade solutions across landmark commercial and residential towers. With decades of continuous operation in Australia, they are recognised for their technical excellence, precision manufacturing, integrated design capability and flawless installation delivery.

You will take full ownership of major facade projects valued between $10M and $100M, managing programs from early design coordination through fabrication, installation and final handover. You’ll work with an in-house team of highly experienced engineers, designers and site managers who set the benchmark for façade delivery in Australia.

The Role
  • End-to-end delivery of large-scale facade projects ($10M–$100M)
  • Management of design coordination, procurement, fabrication and installation
  • Oversight of program, budget, quality, safety and commercial outcomes
  • Interface with Tier 1 builders, consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Leadership of site and project teams across complex high-rise developments
  • Ensure delivery meets stringent performance, quality and compliance standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing major facade projects
  • Strong background in facade systems, manufacturing and installation
  • Demonstrated ability to run large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with strong program and risk management capability
  • Experience delivering projects in the Sydney market highly regarded
