Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Manager

We are seeking a motivated E&I Manager to lead a Fixed Gas Detection, Workshop, NATA Calibration Lab, and Instrumentation divisions. You will guide a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service delivery, and collaborate with clients on maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting. The role involves a mix of hands-on fieldwork and workshop support, with strategic growth responsibilities alongside senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of service and installation technicians.
  • Provide technical leadership for on-site and workshop operations.
  • Drive business growth with the National Sales Manager and General Manager.
  • Manage client contracts and ensure productivity and service excellence.
  • Collaborate on strategy and operational goals.
Essential Criteria:
  • QLD Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Licence or Electronics/Instrumentation qualification with QLD Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • Valid manual driver’s licence.
  • Instrumentation experience is a plus but not essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Calibration and fault-finding experience.
  • Familiarity with MODBUS or similar protocols.
  • Experience with gas detection systems and database management.
