About the company
  
Established construction company requires a Construction Estimator / Contract Administrator. Established and respected builder with over 25 years of history in QLD. They take pride in delivering hands-on construction projects of high-end residential builds, and some commercial builds. 

About the role

We're considering Construction Estimators or Contract Administrators with a background in construction of residential buildings, such as luxury homes, architecturally designed houses and townhouse developments.

In this role, you'll be involved in the Estimation and/or Contract Administration depending on your skill level. As an estimator, you'll mainly estimate projects and occasionally help with CA, but as a CA you'll mainly manage contracts and occasionally help with estimates. 

Requirements for this role  
  • Construction management education or a construction / carpentry trade.
  • 5+ years experience on Australian projects, preferably residential construction projects in Australia.
  • 5+ years experience as an Estimator or Contract Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of residential building construction.
  • Skills using estimation software such as Procore, Cubit Estimating, One Breadcrumb (or similar is fine too).
