You will be supported by experienced Project Managers and office staff, allowing you to focus on leading your site effectively.

About the role

This is a hands-on Civil Foreman / Leading Hand position suited to someone who leads from the front and takes pride in delivering well-run sites.
You will oversee the day-to-day coordination of civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily site operations and keeping works on program
  • Supervising crews, subcontractors, plant and materials
  • Coordinating resources and workflow
  • Running pre-start meetings and maintaining strong safety standards
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Ensuring quality outcomes and first-time-right execution
This role suits a practical, accountable leader who enjoys being on the ground and maintaining control of their projects.

Requirements for this role:
  • Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or highly experienced Leading Hand
  • Background in general civil construction and infrastructure works
  • Demonstrated experience managing crews and subcontractors
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
