A well-established Australian civil engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Civil Designer with strong 12d Model skills to join their urban and land development team.

This consultancy delivers high-quality civil design services across urban development, land development and subdivision projects, working on residential estates, master-planned communities and associated civil infrastructure. The team is known for its collaborative culture, practical approach to design and focus on delivering efficient, buildable outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will work closely with civil engineers and other designers to deliver end-to-end civil design, from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction documentation.

About the role
  • Civil Designer role focused on urban and land development projects
  • Use 12d Model for concept, functional and detailed civil design
  • Design of roads, drainage, stormwater, earthworks and services
  • Preparation of drawings and documentation for approvals and construction
  • Coordination with engineers, planners and external stakeholders
  • Work across multiple Australian land development projects
Requirements for this role  
  • Proven experience as a Civil Designer using 12d Model
  • Background in urban development, land development or subdivision design
  • Solid understanding of Australian civil design standards and approval processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
