Cadastral / Land Surveyor | Land Development
 
A well-established land surveying and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Cadastral / Land Surveyor to join their growing team. This role suits a surveyor with solid experience across cadastral surveying, land development, and property-based projects who is looking for long-term stability and professional growth.

This business delivers high-quality surveying services across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on boundary definition, subdivision surveys and property title support. Known for their technical standards and professional approach, they work closely with developers, consultants and authorities to ensure accurate, compliant outcomes.

About the Role
  • Delivery of cadastral boundary surveys and re-establishment surveys
  • Preparation of subdivision plans, building format plans and title documentation
  • Conduct detail and contour surveys to support design and construction
  • Preparation of easement, lease and volumetric plans
  • Coordination of fieldwork, data processing and survey documentation
  • Liaison with councils, government authorities and project stakeholders
This role offers a balance of field and office-based work, exposure to varied land development projects and the opportunity to take ownership of survey deliverables.

Requirements
  • 4–10 years’ experience in land surveying, ideally with cadastral focus
  • Strong understanding of cadastral surveying principles and Australian standards
  • Experience preparing plans for lodgement and approvals
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Registration or eligibility for registration highly regarded
