About the role We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager who enjoys opening doors, developing new relationships, uncovering opportunities and securing commercial AV projects.
You'll work directly alongside the leadership team, targeting corporate, commercial, education, government and enterprise clients while pursuing opportunities ranging from smaller technology upgrades through to large-scale integrated projects.
With projects ranging up to $5+ million, you'll have the support of an experienced technical and delivery team behind you, allowing you to focus on generating and converting opportunities.

Requirements for this role - Proven Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or New Business Sales experience
- Experience selling Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communications (UC), collaboration, workplace technology or related solutions
- Ability to identify, develop and close new business opportunities
- Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and project teams
Experience from AV integrators, commercial technology providers, communications, security, building technology, workplace technology, electrical contracting or related industries will be highly regarded.
