Audio Visual Warehouse Coordinator / Junior AV Tech

  • 03/2/26
  • Audio Visual & ICT
  • Sydney
  • Permanent / Full Time
About the company

This role sits within a busy event technology business supporting live events, corporate productions and on-site AV delivery. The warehouse team plays a critical role in making sure gear is prepared correctly, systems are tested, and jobs leave site ready to perform without issues.

The environment suits people who like structure, take pride in doing things right, and want to build a long-term career in audio visual production.

About the role

This is a combined warehouse and junior technician role, ideal for someone early in their AV career who already understands basic equipment and terminology.

You will be responsible for preparing, testing, cleaning and packing AV equipment, following SOPs and task lists to ensure jobs are ready for site. During busy periods, you may also assist with basic on-site work, gaining exposure to live event environments and real-world AV systems.

This role suits someone reliable, practical and happy to roll up their sleeves during peak periods.

Requirements for this role
  • 1–2 years experience in the audio visual or event production industry
  • Basic understanding of AV equipment and terminology such as XLR and DMX
  • Ability to follow clear SOPs and step-by-step processes
  • Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse work including testing, cleaning and packing
  • Reliable, organised and quality-focused
  • Willingness to work hard during busy periods and adapt as needed
