About the role

This is a senior, client-facing hybrid role, combining elements of an Audio Visual Project Manager and Audio Visual Account Manager.

Initially, the role is focused on managing existing client relationships and overseeing active AV projects from scoping through to delivery and pack-down.

Over time (typically within a 6–12 month window), the role evolves to include account growth, and full commercial ownership of assigned clients.

You will be trusted to handle projects end-to-end. This includes scoping, quoting, client liaison, coordinating delivery, and being physically present on site where required. This is not a purely desk-based role. You will be hands-on with staging, systems, set builds, and pack-downs, ensuring outcomes meet both technical and client expectations.

The position offers negotiable flexibility, career development, account ownership and autonomy, access to company vehicles.

Requirements for this role
  • Proven experience in audio visual project management, account management, or a blended senior AV role
  • Strong client-facing presence with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid understanding of AV hire, systems, workflows, and on-site delivery
  • Comfortable being hands-on with staging, set builds, installations, and pack-downs
  • Professional communication style and strong ownership of outcomes
  • Ability to manage projects now, with the ambition to grow over time
