About the role

As the Associate Mechanical Director, you will play a pivotal role in Engineering & Building Services sector. 
  
Requirements for this role  
  • Work Experience:  8 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering or related fields. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and apply engineering principles to solve problems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and experience with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership : Proven ability to manage and mentor engineers and drafters
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • CPeng or NER accreditation will be beneficial
