About the company

A well-established and successful business based in Brisbane’s south is seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This company has a strong reputation for providing quality products and services, and offers a welcoming work environment with long-term stability and growth opportunities.

About the role

As the Admin & Accounts Assistant, you will help coordinate basic accounts and general administration. Providing administrative support across various departments, helping with invoicing, accounts payable and reconciling product orders with their international counterpart.

The company uses their own bespoke accounting software which you will be fully trained, but any understanding of Xero or Myob will be an advantage.

The Admin & Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Reconciling orders and purchases with their international affiliates.
  • Organising travel and freight bookings
  • Assisting with light accounts (accounts payable and invoicing) and general admin duties
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
Requirements for this role  
  • Previous experience in a Admin & Accounts Assistant role
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence handling a busy and varied workload
