Describe the roles you are interested in

I am primarily interested in roles related to property valuation, project management, property development, and property management. These roles encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from assessing property values and managing projects to overseeing property development and administration. I'm aware that I may not have extensive industry knowledge at this stage, but I'm highly motivated to learn and contribute. I see these roles as opportunities to gain hands-on experience and immerse myself in the property sector. My goal is to quickly acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in these positions while actively contributing to the success of the organization.

What are your talents/strengths

My strengths lie in my goal-oriented mindset, which drives me to excel in fast-paced environments. With eight years of experience managing diverse teams and a background in client-focused roles, I have honed my leadership, adaptability, and interpersonal skills. I thrive on challenges, am proactive in problem-solving, and am dedicated to delivering exceptional results. These qualities, coupled with my commitment to continuous improvement, make me a valuable asset to any organization.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I maintain a strong focus on health and adhere to a strict training and diet regimen. I have a deep passion for sports, particularly martial arts, and I've recently discovered a new love for pickleball, which I thoroughly enjoy. Staying active and engaged in physical activities not only keeps me physically fit but also provides a great balance to my professional life. It allows me to unwind, stay energized, and continually challenge myself both mentally and physically

What did you enjoy about the subjects you studied?

I thoroughly enjoyed my academic journey at Bond University, not only for the quality of education but also for the wonderful people, teachers, and mentors I had the privilege of meeting along the way. Among the subjects I studied, property valuations and property development stood out as my particular interests. While I found property development incredibly fascinating, I chose to specialize in property valuations during my final subjects and internship. This decision was driven by my long-term goal of eventually transitioning into the field of property development, using the strong foundation in valuations as a stepping stone to reach this career objective.
