Business Development Manager – LED Lighting 

This national Electrical and Lighting company with head office on the south-Side of Brisbane is expanding and an opportunity to join their leading LED lighting division has been created.  This business has been helping businesses, councils, and homeowners create stunning illuminated spaces for over twenty.  They are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to take the business to the next level.

The Role:
  • Grow the business selling LED lighting to electrical wholesalers, contractors & councils
  • Close big deals – orders often exceed $45K
  • Mentor & develop a high-performing sales team member
  • Work autonomously while driving aggressive sales growth
  • Career progression – clear path to National Sales Manager
The Person:
  • Must have a strong lighting sales background
  • Well-connected with electrical wholesalers, councils & contractors
  • Proven B2B sales success (3-5 years) – must hit numbers
  • Self-driven, ambitious & hands-on – comfortable running demos & closing deals
